Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 13, 2026. This page explains how HyperWhale collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use trade.hyperwhale.app.

Summary

HyperWhale is a copy-trading and portfolio management product for OKX users. We collect the minimum account and operational information needed to let users sign in, connect supported trading workflows, monitor performance, and secure the service.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, HyperWhale may collect your verified Google account email address, Google account subject identifier, profile name, and profile image so we can authenticate you and create or update your account.

When you use HyperWhale, we may also collect information you provide or generate inside the product, such as wallet addresses, exchange connection details, trading configuration, referral information, account activity, and operational logs needed to keep the service secure and functioning.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, operate the dashboard, personalize the product experience, show portfolio and trading data, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve product reliability.

Google user data obtained through Google Sign-In is used only for sign-in, account identity, and related user-facing product functionality. We do not sell Google user data and we do not use it for advertising.

How We Share Information

We may share information with infrastructure, security, analytics, and communications providers that help us run HyperWhale, but only as needed to provide the service.

We may also share information when you explicitly connect third-party trading or wallet services, when required to process features you initiate, or when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide HyperWhale, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and operational or compliance requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to limit unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Your Choices

You can stop using Google Sign-In at any time and may request account deletion or data-related assistance through the HyperWhale support channel published on our website or inside the product.

If we materially change this Privacy Policy, we will update the date on this page and publish the revised version here.
