Use of the Service

HyperWhale provides software tools for account access, portfolio visibility, copy-trading workflows, automation support, and related operational features. You are responsible for how you use the service and for complying with the laws, rules, exchange terms, and tax obligations that apply to you.

You may use HyperWhale only for lawful purposes and only in connection with accounts, wallets, and credentials that you are authorized to control.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sign-in credentials, API keys, wallets, devices, and any linked third-party accounts.

You must promptly notify HyperWhale if you believe your account, credentials, or connected trading access has been compromised.

Trading Risk

Trading digital assets involves significant risk, including the risk of loss. HyperWhale does not guarantee profits, performance, uptime, trade execution outcomes, or the behavior of third-party exchanges, markets, infrastructure, or copied leaders.

Information displayed by HyperWhale may include delayed, estimated, simulated, or third-party-sourced data. You are responsible for reviewing your positions, settings, and risk before relying on the product.

Third-Party Services

HyperWhale may depend on third-party services such as Google Sign-In, exchanges, blockchain networks, infrastructure providers, analytics tools, and communications vendors. HyperWhale is not responsible for outages, policy changes, security events, or failures caused by those third parties.

Your use of connected third-party services remains subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

Suspension and Termination

HyperWhale may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, preserve platform integrity, or address security issues.

You may stop using HyperWhale at any time. Certain records may be retained as required for security, compliance, auditing, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.

Disclaimers and Liability

HyperWhale is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperWhale and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, trading opportunities, digital assets, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.
